We will exchange or refund a product when:
  •  There is valid proof or purchase.
  • It is within 6 weeks of the original purchase date.
  • It is in original packaging / condition and the product is unworn, unwashed and unused.

We will replace a defective product provided that:
  • There is a valid proof of purchase.
  • It is within 2 weeks of the original purchase date.
  • Product is defective to manufacturer workmanship.

There are three avenues for raising complaints or concerns:
1. In store with our sales consultants
2. Via our Head Office using  email address or telephonically at 011 028 6691.
3. Or through the suggestion box in stores, these are reviewed monthly.
